When you arrive for your appointment at Unaltered Bridal, you will be greeted by your stylist and given a tour of the store. Along with your stylist, you will select several dresses to try on. Our showroom is organized by size and style for the best and most convenient shopping experience! Because we are an off the rack store as opposed to a special order store, the dress you say “yes” to is the gown you’ll take with you that very same day! As you’re discovering what you like and maybe don’t like (you can be totally honest!) your stylist will continue to recommend dresses to you based on what they learn about your style and lead you to your say yes moment!

Once you’ve found your gown, your stylist will chat with you about potential alterations needed and you will explore veils and accessories to complete your ultimate bridal look!

Nope! None of our gowns have ever been worn down the aisle! All of our dresses are designer samples or one of a kind pieces. Some are brand new but others are previous sample dresses that will require minor alterations and dry cleaning to get them aisle ready!

We pride ourselves on having the largest selection of affordable off the rack wedding dresses in Southwest Virginia! At Unaltered Bridal, our dress prices start as low as just $99. When shopping off the rack, you can save at least 40% - 80% off of regular retail prices on designer wedding dresses! Our average dress price is around $1,000!

We do not provide in house alterations, but we do offer a list of lovely seamstresses in our area that are experts when it comes to altering wedding gowns!

Every couple of weeks we receive new dresses to add to our inventory! However, the quantity and frequency of when we receive new dresses can vary!

Yes, we do! We offer a 30 day layaway program. We require a 50% deposit along with a $25 layaway fee. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your dress.
